Surface Dressing Binder Application

Your preferred surface binder, expertly applied by our highly skilled drivers and operators in our specialist bitumen distributor spray tankers, anywhere in the UK

Tack Coat / Bond coat

A thin adhesive film applied between any existing road and a new surface to prime, waterproof, reduce slippage and uniformly distribute any stresses

Surface Dressing

Bitumen emulsion spray followed by an aggregate chipping layer to prevent water penetration and provide a safe, hardwearing, heavy load-carrying road cover

Combination Tanker with Hot Joint Pitch Application

Lorry mounted dual purpose bond coat sprayers with vertical hot pitch joint painting arms.

Sweepers

STS Sweepers operate a large fleet of Road sweepers equipped with high pressure jetting, full width suction boxes for the “Back to Black” finish.
